SHIPPING INFORMATION

Processing can take 1 to 2 business days, and then one of our delivery partners will get the item to you. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your parcel leaves us.

Our business is Auckland NZ based so all products will ship from here.

New Zealand Shipping
$7.00NZD NZ Couriers: Overnight - 3 Working Days provided there are no delays.

Australia Shipping
$20.00NZD Aramex: 3-7 Working Days depending on your state & provided there are no delays.

 

I HAVN'T GOT A TRACKING NUMBER? 

Your tracking number may be delayed 1 - 2 days from the time that your parcel leaves us. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all after that time period, feel free to email us at info@lushandluxehair.co.nz

Please understand that if your package goes missing after being delivered, Lush and Luxe Hair will be not be able to process a claim on your behalf. You can manage your order through the tracking link sent to you in your tracking email. Lush and Luxe Hair is unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery, lost parcels or stolen parcels. Please first contact NZ Couriers first. You will need to provide your tracking number, full name and address.
