How to use: 

1. Put the sleep scrunchie around your wrist and gather hair into a ponytail with your hand.

2. Bring the sleep scrunchie to the base of your ponytail and wind the lengths of your ponytail around the padded arch of the scrunchie.

3. Once all hair is wound, pull the two connected scrunchies into a figure of eight and secure around the padded arch of the scrunchie.
